Mr. Barrilleaux received his Physical Therapy certificate from Charity Hospital School of Physical Therapy in 1954 and was the fifth licensed therapist in the state of Louisiana.  Since opening his practice in Houma, he has been active throughout the medical community.

With the sale of his practice in January 1998, Mr. Barrilleaux retired from full time Physical Therapy duties.  He still remains active with his surgical supply and real estate businesses as well as providing Physical Therapy services on a consultative basis. 

In January 1998, Mr. John Donohue, Jr. and Mrs. Monique Haydel Trahan purchased Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center from Mr. Barrilleaux. 

Mr. Donohue worked from 1973 to present and Mrs. Trahan had provided care in the facility since 1992.

They both plan to continue providing quality health care to the residents of Houma-Thibodaux as they work to expand the practice in the ever changing health care world.
