To help our patients deal with their insurance companies, we bill insurance companies for our services directly from our office.  This includes private insurance, Workman's Compensation Insurance, Medicare and Medicaid. 

Patients who are represented by an attorney will need signed credit agreements to receive treatment. 

On your first visit, we will get all of your patient information from you and will call for verification of coverage for treatment.  As soon as we get this information, we will let you know what your insurance will cover and what you will be responsible for. 

Patients are responsible for all co-payments, deductibles and remaining balances not paid by insurance companies, Medicare and attorneys.
